Pretty great mod you got here! However this is a small issue, you can't place any books on the bookshelves.
Also could I make a suggestion? Instead of having the entrance to this home be in the ragged flagon where you're forced to move the Ratway Vaults, perhaps you could have the entrance inside the Ratway itself.
Unfortunately I'm unable to do anything about the Bookshelves (at this moment, I am still looking into it) but I did upload a version with the entrance in the Ratway Vaults, and will be sticking with this; though I'll probably fix the placement unless I can figure out a way to make ladders work as ladders e.e
They look lovely! Horns position is perfect. Just needs a mesh edit. I have a question about the stone wall textures. They are not vanilla ones, are they?
