This was fixed in the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, making this mod mostly obsolete.
It would be nice to mention it in the description, as this mod would only be used by those who do not want USKP.
If users still experience this issue with USKP, they should first check their load order for things that overwrite USKP's files and then apply appropriate compatibility patches.
I'm sorry to say, but it doesn't seem to work very well for me, I'm afraid. For one, it does work initially when I spoke to her earlier in my investment side-quest I put upon myself. Then things got weird in one form or another. For one, none of the other traders initiate the investment dialogue with me. What was even weirder is, I'm not sure if this happened before or after I removed the patch, when I was in Solitude, both the Fletcher store and the Radiant Raiment folks wouldn't let me inside, even though they're suppose to be open during the work hours. So then I loaded an earlier save before I talked to Ghorza, invested with everyone else first (without the patch on, of course), THEN went to Ghorza again after fetching a book for her idiot apprentice (her lines, not mine), saved and quit, activated the mod, then went to talk to her. No dialogue whatsoever regarding the investment thing. Not even past the first part when you initiate the conversation.
That is my report on the patch. A well-needed bug fix, this is, but this is not up to par in the long run -- or in the middle of a game, which may be the problem in my end.

Thanks for fixing this glitch. Really bugged me that I couldn't invest with her. What I find odd, though, is that you can invest with meat sellers, but not with produce or other market sellers.
@OverDark77 It does not fix anything apart from one dialog topic, so I am rather uncertain it will fix whatever you want it to fix. That is because: @Vorador1980 The reason is very simple — they forgot to include one of the dialog options. In their tutorials they encourage you to use Dialog Views while editing dialogs, and especially for investment talks, it is very easy to get lost if you indeed decide to use Dialog Views rather than plain simple Player Dialog tab in CK.
