Hi. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to make both the vanilla guard armor and this armor be worn by all the guards, something like 70% vanilla and 30% of this armor, to give it a bit of exclusivity, or 60% vanilla and 40% of this. Anyway, thanks for this, I love mods that give more variety and diversity of any kind to the game. You have a good day ^_^
Some guards have the armor in their inventory, but aren't wearing it, and instead have opted for vanilla armor. Some have either the gloves or boots, but not the main cuirass.
I realize this mod hasn't been updated in a year, but I think it's awesome and would really love to use it in my next playthrough. I *think* a fix would be easy, mostly just removing the vanilla armor from guards while also putting it into their inventories.
This is an awesome mod, makes the guards look badass. But I'm having a similar issue to some of the users here. Some of the guards are wearing the armor, but others are wearing their vanilla set. I've noticed this in Falkreath especially

Thank you for this mod though, old guard clothes were boring, at least now they're kind of a threat
