Same problem for me, I thought there was some forgotten dependency so I tried it together with Kiki Followers v1 but it made no difference. I'm using Skyrim SE.
I'm having some issues with this mod... Nono is wearing a set of ordinary clothes, and the followers in Whiterun all have ordinary clothes AND they look like hideous lumpy potato Nords... I haven't tested the others, but my guess is they'll be the same. Any idea where it's all gone wrong?
Hello, i have bug with wrong adult vanilla big face. Can u please create optional file with another ID (including facegeom and another file name) for nona and dorothy? It seem that one of my mod have similar id for facegeom. I will be appreciate for any help.

(Edit) I found out that it's either not having the hair mod that they have or a conflict with a major overhaul mod (for me it was skyrim botox)

Also, would you be able to make optional adoptable versions of the younger ones from this mod, like you did for Ake in the first follower mod?
