I've been trying to find a proper armour mod that fixes the broken system. It seems like this mod makes it possible to create. I'm no modder though, so I mostly came to request it. You said you wanted to create it back then. Any progress at all? I'm very interested in this. It's completely understandable if you're not interested, but please do give a reply. Thanks in advance!
Did the author of this mod take it off from nexus? I downloaded it and unpacked the bsa, only test scripts and sources are in there, no actual math library.
I have no clue how to mod (well, I do, but it's mostly just tweaks and other small things), but I'm very good with numbers and such. I'll definitely get some use out of this, even if it's stuff I might not use. It's basically another avenue of approach to learning this stuff for me. And what's great is that I understand this stuff very well, so it'll help out even more!
Source is in the .bsa (you need FOMM or a bsa viewer to see it).
As for the financial system, I'm working on a similar mod here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=8666 . This library was designed to be used in a future version of that mod.

Interesting, I am considering the possibility of creating a financial system in skyrim. The most intrinsic problem is why the player need so much money.
