UPDATE: Just delete the quest added by this, with the CK or tes5edit, doesn't matter which. It's "aaaSomething", but also the only quest in this mod.
If using the CK, click Ok on the warning that comes up referencing the actual bag. It doesn't affect its functionality at all, it's just there for an item count check in the case of an update from 1.0.
any chance of a version that doesn't require a black soul gem as at the start its going to be awhile before you get one, or you could put 1 say in riverwood forge?

I went looking and found another option. Please let me know if posting this is against site ettiquette. For now, I will assume the trouble others are having and the author's not having posted/updated for some 3 years means this will be ok.

I can confirm that it does show up where it is supposed to, right at the entry to Helgen Keep during the dragon attack.
this is one of those mods that seem insignificant but are a definite must have for every single play through. having a portable container not just for the weight help but actually having the feel of an extra bag.
I finally I got around to Skyrim. An incredibly great game all in all, much like a modern Morrowind I feel, but no feather potions or feather spells, really? New rules to learn, oh joy. Be that as it may, I spoiled myself to the point that I couldn't leave home without a BOH in TES4 even with all the feather potions and spells. Been using this mod for a couple of hundred hours now with no problems . . . duh, except for initially taking a while to figure out how to make it work after I put it in the data folder. You might want to consider being a little more specific in your readme, you know, just for the sake of crafting ignorant first timers.Thanks for the mod! Endorsed.
I have the same problem. Did a reinstall of the whole game, updated to 2.0 and started a new character. I get the pop up msg but no BOH in inventory. I even tried reinstalling it. No dice.
You can craft the BOH with a few ingredients. But it might be hard to do so at the start of the game, since one of the required ingredients is a Black Soul Gem.

This message is not necessary and it is annoying, every time we start a new game, it appears as soon as the intro plays.
