Q: Skeleton (or I mean, how you got the sword on the hip)? A: XPMSE. Or if you don't want too much script lag and/or you're not using HDT, use the older XP32 skeletons.

Thank you for the reply. I got it working. I have a decent laptop, but something glitched in the matrix. LOL Restarted my laptop and all is working perfectly.

You have done great job, but why did you balance your weapons damage like that? While one-handed katana has damage equal to dragonbone sword, your tanto (which is classified as dagger) has ridiculously low damage. Even dwarven dagger has 7 points of damage, so why your tanto has 6? I edited your weapons balance in tes5edit for myself, but I would recommend you to fix this. The same I could say about daikatana, but I suppose it has faster attacks then dragonbone greatsword.

There are other katanas out there but with more overkill than this.
