Q: Why it's so expensive? 100,000 septims would've bought me the entirety of Whiterun. Or Solitude. Or the whole province of Skyrim... I might as well be High King or even the Emperor of Tamriel. A: One thing to consider: in the vanilla game and because the economy is screwballed just like an MMO, it's way too easy to make money very quick, so much that by level 30 or 40 you make your first hundred thousand or even more. Unless you're using an economy mod, you wonder where in the game you would do with that much money, except to buy high-end weapons and armor? In Skyrim Unbound, you can buy Breezehome for 10,000 septims, but what about a bigger estate? The expense is justified by the fact pointed out by a commenter here it is a lot of house, more than you can ever bargain for.

Well, great work. A bit over the top for me, but works great. I have an old Laptop with an old I5 core and an old GT 540m graphics and used the house with 11 followers, still works, no crashes..
I usually don't comment on player homes but this one got my immediate attention from the moment i entered! Great spatial planning! The cave, the textures, the secret pond were all wonderful! When i saw the laptop i thought it was a bug at first(hahahah!). Congratulations!
I love this house and it fills the niche in my brain that doesn't want any of the kids on the streets. My only hangup is that I can't get the "sexchange" command to work on the mannequins. The one time I did get it to work the heads stayed male. If anyone has any idea how to fix it please let me know. ^^
IDK, but I used Eldiabs' prefabs for the mannequins, and for any reason I don't place female-only armor/clothing on them nor use mods that change the mannequins completely.
Thank you for getting back to me! I'll keep fiddling with it if anything. Nevertheless, I love this house mod and every time I go to it it makes me smile. Thank you for sharing your awesome work!
Very nice - cool features like the water heating valve, convincing layout. I'd say it's among the ten best player homes on the nexus. It's spacious but still believable in its dimensions.
There are some minor things and it may be a question of perspective. The indoor pool could be a separate cell (for setting up npc packages etc.). The storage corner with the iron fence door doesn't really fit there and some showers instead or some additional cleaning area would fit more.
There is much creativity and dedication put into this. Must have been a hard work. But maybe sometimes too crowded: too much elements, too much storage and cupboards and sideboards in one room. A little more space for followers action would seem more blanced to me.
I like very much how it fits into the mountain range with the vertical layout. But some of the best player homes mods are close to whiterun. There are valleys you would have a more spectacular view form the terraces. Maybe to place it at a less common area?
But these are individual points of view and other players may think different.
I could't test everthing with followers and in the dungeon below the house I was killed before I got deeper in it but so far it did work smoothly for me running up and down and in and out the whole house. Rarely you get such a smoothly running and rich and cozy designed house. Thank you very very much.
