Nice! I really enjoy little lore-based additions like this. I'd add it to the library at the College though (or somewhere else you think is appropriate).

Perhaps also remove the picture of Isaiah at the beginning. Not a big deal but it looks kind of out of place. Maybe replace it with a signature?

Both are good ideas. I do very much intend to place it somewhere in the world, once I learn how. I've had some more ideas to place the book more "lorefully" into the world. Expect an update soon

Maybe at a location owned by Vigilants of Stendarr ? they hunt Deadra so maybe should know or be able to translate Deadric text

A nice idea, but the Vigil already despise Isaiah, because he's a Werewolf and wears the Ebony Mail. I very much doubt they'd buy his book!

Place it on the table opposite the Strange Gauntlet (Daedric Hand) in the Midden Dark below the College of Winterhold. Very apt place.

Or maybe in one of the Daedric shrines like that of Mehrunes Dagon.

Now make a book to translate my gibberish

    Sucka-doodles: Doodles that are suckas.
Fat-faced cookie-snookies: People that act like cookies that got spoiled.
turkey jiven as: people that act skittish like turkeys, and don't answer questions fully.
doofus-snoofus: people that sniff their own armpits.
Bud: People that are considered friendly.
    Neat-didlee OH!: very good.
