I have seen this mod on my cousin's system, and it looks great. But for some reason every time I try to use it, with or without an external mod loader (even the newest Mod Organizer), my game crashes or will not load. I'm running Skyrim SE with the newest SKSE64 on a 2 GHz Intel Core i7-3537U processor with 8 GB of ram. Skyrim runs just slightly laggy, but this should at least load, shouldn't it? I'm not having any problems with any other mod, so what am I doing wrong with this one?

Not doing anything wrong the question here is that this mod is too heavy to just be a simple home. This is the best mod that exists, small in size to download and have everything you need inside it. (Riverwood Keep)Riverwood Keep Link below

I have a castle mod that I installed here it has, only 53.6 MB in size.
And it still has the option to disable employees inside the castle and more the option of activating or disabled the automatic use of taking off the clothes when entering the pool or lying on the edge.
This castle is immense and has the largest library of all the mods I've ever seen ... 6 beds for kids a suite for the couple with bathtub, has 8 bedrooms for 8 followers, ferraria, alchemy rooms with pool employees also have Several areas accessible in it and has few doors to have to give load to access them, the best mod I've ever had today, large and light name (Riverwood Keep).
I don't know why yours is over 150mb in size.

Good mod but it would be great if there was a bridge from the farm to this house, to cross it you have to go by water or go around the road.
The spoon quest remains the same as the old version without any problems here.
The internal area has improved a lot compared to the previous one.
The only thing that kills the game is opening doors that you have to load to access other areas.
I haven't found a mod yet that only has to load the front door and the entrance... this means that the use of RAM is wasted on opening several gates and doors.
Skyrim has always had this problem..... I've played other heavy games where to access any area inside or outside you just had to open it and that's it, no need to load it to access it.

Love the house, or should I say compound... Could use a linked ingredient container around the Imbuing station, but the fact it even has one is unique and well appreciated, My only gripe is that some of my followers flick back and forth between being invisible and visible. They didn't do that in other houses and is somewhat annoying but certainly not a deal breaker. Overall, well done!

<< EDIT >> So, I figured out why my followers were blinking on and off and it was another mod. Not sure why it just started happening but was a quick fix. Even more I endorse Karthside Estate 2!

Okay... I have tried everything to find the way to turn on the 'fancy' decoration in the lower floor of the library, any hints would be GREALY appreciated at this point... It looks great from what I can see in free camera mode... turning it ON seems to be the issue... Love the house otherwise, my favorite player home by far, thanks for the great work.

Anyone else have about 2 or 3 trees in the middle of this set of buildings that seem to not "exist" when you click on them in the console? I have that problem and these trees seem to have been drawn with crayons, they are super thin and have ugly watercolor textures. Any way to fix this?

How many cells are in this house? I don't really like having my family just live in a room, you know?

(Or does the Bless Home spell allow them to open new cells in the house?)

You have a bed upstairs in the master bedroom, the small beds are owned by the childfaction, so that children have a place to sleep, and the beds downstairs are for followers.

Loved the first one, left it for this one :D

The item transferring from karthside 1 to karthside 2 was.... 0_0

I'm noticing that the rugs and displays don't save their state when you leave the building and come back.

However, this is a wonderful upgrade to your first work, and thank you!

I have some requests/ideas/pleads, that would be awesome if you think you'd like to do them.
I would love a salt/ingredient container next to the cooking area. So much of the cooking requires salt.
I do miss the little fishing dock you have in karthside 1, a return of that would be wonderful welcome back.
The kiddo's coloring area would also be awesome to have back, in addition to what you have done to their room. (That castle model scene is SUPER DOPE!)
The printing press from the first one is also missed, I really enjoyed seeing "On the eighth day, God made the Beer" every time I went up the Library stairs :)

There was a mod for Fallout NV that was a secret hideout that had a really interesting feature, and that might be a fun challenge to do. The modder made that once certain milestones/achievements/quests were completed, there would be little updates to your abode. Some were signs, some were pictures. I know this is a lot of work and is really ambitious (so it's definitely only a request, I know you guys have lives other than code :P) it would be pretty sweet to have progression effects happen in the home.
Slay your first dragon? Forge gets a dragon that looks like it is breathing fire into it.
Craft your first Stalhrim item? Get an ice box in the food storage area.
Craft a billion potions? Alchemy lab gets an Apothecary sign out front.

I don't know if this mass of text says it enough, I really enjoy your work and detail that you have done so far, and I'm really eager to see what else you put into this!
+Endorsed, would endorse again if possible.

I'm glad that you like the new version.

The rugs and everything shouldn't be able to reset, but I will look into it.

Your ideas are great, but I am pretty much finished with this mod, I worked 5 months on it and don't want to make any major changes. I am just looking to fix things or make small improvements, but a system where things get added to your home as you progress would be more than I'm willing to do for it. But I will consider your suggestions and might add some to my next project.

Right on. The canvas is now a painting, just doing the touch-ups. Definitely understand.
Thanks for considering, and your continued bug-smashing.
Looking forward to your next inspiration!

    What a pretty house!

I spent a lot of time just wandering around and looking.

And I'm embarrassed to say I think I never even got as far as the bedrooms-- I'm going to have go back and look at it again.
