   Does this affect lvled lists? If so which bashtags should be used?

      Yeah the boots are added through leveled lists. As for bashtags, I've never really understood what they are used for.

   What if I was already level 77 when I downloaded this? Where do I find the boots?

      They aren't that easy to find. Blacksmiths are one place they can appear.
