  This insignifiant mod has a main aim, diversify the magic by the usage of npc against who you need to face, in fact the enchantments
  are numerous but not easily enough recognizable, more they have not much impacts on npc.
  NPCs presence means only a few things and no challenge what is most lacking in this game, luckily we can add and
  configure they have much more related effects similar to the powers of a dragon child :)
