Yeah, just done a quick check on TES5Edit. This mod has not updated at all, not with DLC, not with USLEEP. As a result, there's bugs with Farkas and Vilkas. There are also a couple of IDMs. Quite easy to fix on TES5Edit though.
There is a problem w Farkas in Jorrvaskr, Whiterun (Heavy armor - Expert). I was at level 15 in heavy armor when I approached him. He said I know everything what he knows. When I disabled your mod I was able to train with him to level 90. Can you fix that?
Noticed one side effect last night. I just got my current character up to level 90 in illusion and went to start the master spell quest but couldn't. The auto added quest and the dialogue were not available until I got my character up to 100 in illusion.
I tinkered about with this mod a little bit in TE3Edit, and managed to get trainers to increase my skill level to 255 and no more. So, I guess that's a step forward.
I was able to change the level they train to without too much trouble (I only set it to 200 because of my uncapper settings). However I have to train from 99-200 in one go, because once the skill hits 100 the trainers won't offer the dialog option to train. I've been unable to figure out what to change or where to change it in order to fix that problem.
Oh hai, I haven't joined that comment topic yet. Just downloaded the mod and looked over it to improve my training diaries.
Actually I figured out the same as you did Vairar. It seems that that value of maximum allowed training units is a byte value so it is actually impossible to raise it over 255.
Since my books don't need any dialogue to use the training menu the training to 255 is possible at least.
Since I've not touched any vanilla records my mod should even be compatible with this one. Except V2.5.90 because that one of course uses a copy of the existing base actor master trainers. And if they get changed, the behaviour of the book training menu get too.
For those of us with the uncapper, and need training above level 100, I discovered this mod the other day (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33395). Skytweak has setting to change what levels each of the trainers (master, expert, and journeyman) train to.

The NMM dl links to the wrong one (you need to dl manually).
(I realise this may have come a bit late for you, your problem might have been solved,
but this shall serve for anyone who's having this problem)

Feel free to use that mod

Master trainers have a condition in their dialogue tree based on your skill, so even if they can train you over 90, they won't offer it to you...
