   this needs to be added to the story line after alduin is dead like oh s#*! waht now for the palyer to have to save skyrim one moret time am down loading this now

   the jarl and the skull are very cool like the dragon if you do a quest for clean,clean only the soul of the jarl beacause is too cool the castle

   Good idea, but you should make this as an quest activated event.
   
   Make a quest where the player does a mission in a dungeon for example, retrieving an artifact he offers to the Whiterun Jarl. Or he is given the mission by the Jarl.
   
   Then this artifact corrupts the kind and changes DragonsReach into what you have created. Which makes part 2 of the quest: clean the castle and cure the Jarl with a particular potion that has to be crafted.
