Pretty dead topic here, but I'm looking for some1 (I'm rly bad with textures) who could make an invisible hood for the masks. I know it'd delete hair/head as well probably... at least that's what I heard. But I'm looking for a fix to wear masks with hooded robes or hoods from the WIC cloaks mod, so I thought that'd be a way ?
(: Thanks. If You don't like the mask You don't have to install it for the hood to work. That is why I have them as two separate links. Though I might consider making a black mask (:
To be honest, I love the hood! It's lovely. Unfortunatly, I feel as if the paleness of the white mask 'sticks out' of the game. Odd since I felt like the black hood was just perfect. I'm just a simple mod user who knows even less in mod creation, but I can say that perhaps a darker version version of the mask, or perhaps one that is actually 'black' just like it's hood would do a bit better... I don't know, all I can say is that for one of the few retexture mods I've seen for Skyrim, it's pretty sweet! =D Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
It won't show all the dragon priests if You delete the .dds files You dont want showing. (For example if You deleted "helmet_bronze" or replaced it with ones from another texture pack. It won't load the one from this pack on the "Krosis" mask.) But that also means whatever ones You do keep they will show up on the dragon priests if they are wearing that mask. Hope that helps (:
I'm just using the hood. I simply instaled this mod: http://skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=277 and then overwrote it with your hood only! I personally prefered your hood, but still like the other masks, since I wanted the masks to still like a bit like they look on the actual dragon priests. Now I wonder, if I use your mask... will it also be seen on the dragon priests, or is it unrelated?
Love the work man! Could you possibly re-texture one of the other masks as Ichigo Kurosaki's Hollow Mask! Would look insane...Doesn't matter about the hood would look even more badass
As far as I know the hood and mask are one mesh, that replace the hood. When the TESV construction kit comes out You might be able to play with some settings.
