Add to your DATA folder in the Skyrim Directory and play!
Double check it's activated in the Data Files on the Launch screen.

Compatible with any other mod that doesn't change the Locations as Loacation is the main key. Any mod that Overhauls Big towns is ok im just unsure about small villages
been given way more
buildings as one is near one of the villiges.

That being said it's recommended that you put new game, though not required or neccessary, just remmember to run with the River!

I couldn't get to level scaling with some npcs now they can jsut be either really weak or strong base on your level, above 20 you should be ok
as I couldn't get the NPC to coordinate once attacked, so you can beat theM? idk just find out lol or die trying.
