PSA (11/17/2022) Last Release. I haven't played skyrim in a while and when I started it up it was wonky so I will probably let this game die (for me). This is the last version that I used in my game so it covers both male & female NPCs. There are also a handful of NPCs I created and injected into Tamriel. There are 2 ways to find out who/where they are. Organically or if you are xEdit savy you can look it up. If they are not to your liking just console/disable them.
If there are any issues I may not be around to address them so be warned. I'm still leaving the previous version available.
I am NOT going to provide images for all the new additions as it will be too exhausting so you can refer to the last image I uploaded for a list of names, look up their refID and use the "moveto" command to go see what they look like now (if they are unlocked in your gameplay).
EDIT: FYSA - For the males I personally use SOS so I'm not sure what happens if you don't have that installed.
for those asking me how i make followers out of the enemies you have to kill for quests: i never kill them with bladed weapons bc there is a chance you will decapitate them. (not sure if it matters but i've had issues in the past) i always use arrows on them. then i use the resurrect command and immediately use RDO to STOP COMBAT and then either RDO again or a mod like Manipulator to make them an ally and follower (you can use console commands as well e.g. setrelationshiprank player ##, addfac # etc..).
Hello there .... i just loaded this mod on my list and unfortunately, it crashes. I added it bellow any weapons esp in my list. Do i need to do something on my own, maybe through TES5edit ? Is there maybe a patch for "unofficial skyrim legendary edition patch" ? ...or any other patch ?
Edit 1: I fixed it through TES5Edit.... I think it had some conflicts with USLEEP, but i'm not sure. I also changed the load order of this mod, BELOW any other weapons mod i had and ABOVE "Relationship dialog overhaul". Also changed the load order from "The Skillful Chef" mod, BELOW "Relationship dialog overhaul"..... my game never crashed again !!!
============================================== Edit 2: i tried to install some Male mod to complete the package and it crashed again...
So far only 2 NPCs seem glitchy Mirabel and Ancano at CoW are neeked and Ancano is a Dickless Julie. Also what clothing Mod is in the pics KK CBBEv2v3? If so KK didnt form fit that perfect on my game.
I like this mod since the faces look fine, very well done but I have a problem because in BodySlide I create or modify a body that I use for the skyrim npcs when installing HogsMaws NPC Replacers it changes all the bodies of the npcs it removes the body that I create or modify in BodySlide I use the setnpcweight command it does not change the body leave the body unp of the mod could you help me how to correct this error please or in which route is the body of the characters to be able to change it manually
Some of you very thorough players may notice some really obscure, random NPCs that I have replaced. *** hint like in prisons all throughout Tamriel and beyond...
Hi there, this is one of the hottest mods I ever used, and I barely can't abandon it as Skyrim ordinary NPCs got such a poor look.
Using EFF, I even take some Hogsmaws-renewed ordinary NPC as followers, they look as cute as many made-to-use followers.
HOWEVER : heavy issue of disappearing PC and some NPCs as well after animations (of course mostly s*x anims but doesn't mater, these anims didn't previously encounter such issue, ever). Seems to point to excessive HDT weight. After many searches and tests, having deactivated many mesh & texture mods (armor, jewelry, follower) using HDT, the glitch is still there.
- My modded Skyrim : MO2, 350 mods, 250 active plugins, quite no ctd (very rare, only occurs when heavy batlles in dark site including 12+ npcs). Mostly body/face/texture mods and animation adds & tweaks, plus some S*xlab addons (defeat mods etc.)
Recent heavy texture mods added together with Hogsmaws : Rogue Women of Skyrim (crasy high quality no-seam body texture) and Koralina's suite (2K, not 4K). Of course I'm conscious this can be part of the issue causes, but I doubt I affects HDT.
Is there any way to remove HDT from Hogmaws meshes ? Or has somebody an idea about it, and how to care it ?
everyone still has these issues on LE. from my understanding its a limitation on the 32bit architecture it was created on. the game code can't utilize more than (2GB?) of memory? i've tried many of the "fixes" but none ever worked reliably for me.
what i do is just click on the NPC via console and disable and reenable. i haven't played this game in a long time so maybe someone else knows of a remedy.

If you wanted to protect like random farmers, why not just mark them as Protected?
