Looks like there may be a problem with the Permanent Blessings All BSA. LOOT kept crashing and when I went looking for compatibility problems, I discovered that xEdit was crashing on this mod. This is the log entry:
[00:00] Background Loader: Fatal: <Exception: C:\Users\Public\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\Permanent Blessings.bsa is not a valid BSA file>
The regular version of the file appears to be fine. I haven't had any LOOT or xEdit issues since switching back to it.
Unfortunately this mod overwrites the spell type of the blessing, along with the script used to apply them, so it's unlikely that it'll work with any other mods without overwriting them. If you know how to use the creation kit feel free to do what you want with it for your own personal use though.
Looks great! One question though, omce choosing a blessing, is there a way to get rid of a blessing? If chose the blessing of talos, it wouldnt go away until you choose another blessing, but what if i wanted to get rid of blessings all together, can that not be done?
You know this totally goes beyond the scope of the mod and into conjecture/personal opinion but to address JELLOvsPUDDIN94 comment a block condition like it was in Oblivion when you couldn't get a blessing if you had commited a crime would be one way to approach this. So if you want your blessing gone, just do anything illegal and be done with it. The gods then have forsaken you, after all "the mercy of Stendar does not extend to Daedra worshippers"... or the sort!
Unfortunately for the moment you'd need to use console commands to remove them or uninstall the mod then get a new blessing. I'm new to papyrus, but working on a way to remove the blessings in game.
