This is an absolutely gorgeous looking home. I converted it for SE, finally learned how to remove master dependency to get rid of USLEEP requirement, and I loaded it on test profile with only a few other mods. There were a few small thing not working properly for me, like two counters in the kitchen displaying only partially( more than half invisible). There was some also some bad flicker in large room with alchemy lab, with potion storage shelves, as well as small bits of carpets not loading correctly(living area). Maybe I need Snazzy Furniture Overhaul, or static mesh improvement mod for this to work, but I use neither of them. Bookshelves near entrance in lounge area didn't accept any books. I didn't try recompiling scripts, perhaps this would help. I didn't have any issues with fps on Skyrim SE v 1.6.640. It was steady 60, only dropped for a second to 54 when leaving main bedroom to check out balcony. Boat location would clash with one added by Save the Icerunner mod. Midwood Isle uses same space for boat, but it has options to move it elsewhere. I like large spacious houses with big bedrooms, where kids bedroom isn't too close to main one. This one ticks all the boxes for me, it's just perfect.
so i can see this isnt compatible with hearthfire multiple adoptions when i try and use the bless home spell i get "this place isnt suitable for a family" no matter what floor i go to.Guessing the navmesh dont work so well
Gutmaw please im begging u finish this mod or give a modder permission to finish it make it hearthfire multiple adoption friendly the best house ever is this 1 right here i will endorse it $100-$200 wen finish
I really love the look of this amazing mod! It's a pretty castle, and it has amazing textures, the only thing I can suggest to make it better when the full release comes out is to make it less Frame heavy, but other than that, no complaints, it's amazing and I hope that it will one day be finished. :)
Finally got to explore this place yesterday - very nice! I really appreciate the color coordination going on pretty much everywhere you look. It wasn't as resource-intensive as I had expected either - I was running at 2880 x 1620 with a GTX1070 and the framerate was mostly pegged at 60 throughout the building. I did get a little bit of what felt like VRAM texture overload just inside the entry when I looked to the right and left (I don't have the Windows 4gb fix yet) but that seemed to be the only spot that kind of thing happened. I see someone else reported an FPS dip in the same area.
That said, I mostly just walked around to get a feel for the spaces and didn't try using many interactables.
The Trophy room unfortunately froze my game client the two times I tried to visit it, so there may be something going on there. I would get a frame, maybe two, and then lockup for about 15-20 seconds before the client crashed.
Lovely work, and I'll be keeping an eye on this and anything else you might share with us
Edit: forgot to mention that the stone sections of the flooring seem to lack collision material for walking audio - the wooden mesh sections like stairs and doorways are ok.
