Thank you for a very nice mod. I have endorsed!

My testing found that a companion steps inside the house but does not go further. That is okay, as there's nothing else they could do but walk around, anyway, but I thought you should know. On exit, sometimes you have to "wait" an hour or fast travel for the companion to reappear.

I appreciate that you didn't stuff the house with a lot of expensive loot; this helps keep the game balanced. Loot should come from adventuring.

I would encourage you to make this a buyable house, rather than a free one, if you have the skill to do so, again as a game balance issue. My wife and I think it should be worth around 7000 Septims. This may seem high, but it comes with better crafting than the Whiterun house, and it's fully furnished when acquired. Since it's a free house as created, we will simply use the console to remove 7000 gold from our characters for immersive roleplay, so no big problem.

Once again, thanks for a great mod that I am pleased to endorse.

You know what? Everyone was born somewhere. To *assume* that every player character MUST have wandered in from nowhere and needs to buy a house is to limit your RP options. Putting a price tag on a player house can be more of an immersion breaker than not. I have no problem with that being available as an option (alternate .esp,) but would rather not have it mandatory. Just for the record.

I love this house! Is there a way to make it so a spouse can live here?

There is a move spouse to home mod where you can make any spouse live in any home with a spell/greater power:

Is there any chance you can add a trap door for a small basement for a vampire coffin? possibly a cage for human captive for feeding down there too!

I've been using this nice little farm for a long time in my game now, and Jed the dog is always very helpful in defeating Mirmulnir ;-)

    High time to endorse it!

This is a really lovely mod. My fave house so far. Everything I need without being over the top. Thanks so much!

I just adore this house but couldn't help but notice that there wasn't a bookshelf, I love collecting books in game but at the same time wanted a farm like home for my character. When I tried your place I fell in love with it too u___u

Glad you're enjoying the place, samusaran. That's always good to hear.

Thank you for telling me about the chairs. I never noticed that. I'll look into the random encounter zone and see what I can do with it. If I can move it further away, I'll do that, but otherwise, taking it out entirely might be easier.

I love this mod. I've used it since it came out.

I have 2 tiny little things I would like to point out. First, both chairs at the kitchen table have incorrect orientation. With the left chair, you get up into the table. With the right chair, you get up to the right side, against the wall. While there is space, it's a bit awkward.
The other thing is kindof a personal thing. It would seem that the road outside the house is one of the "random encounter" zones, where ambient events appear as you travel. Most of the time, it is harmless. M'Aiq standing nearby, or a skooma dealer creeping in my yard. Nothing major. However, occasionally, it's the "dragon vs giant" encounter, which makes doing anything in the front of the house, rather amusing.
I am certainly capable of living with it (obviously I have thus far), but it can get annoying after a while. Is it possible to remove the zone? Or modify it? I'm not really very talented with the CK, so I'm not really able to handle it myself.

Except these 2 things, this mod is perfect. Gladly endorsed.

Oops, sorry I didn't mention that, holic. You can replace jrfarm with jrfarm13. You won't need both of them. jrfarm13 is the only one that needs to be activated.

Does 1.3 esp have to rename it?
Is it activate jrfarm.esp and jrfarm13.esp?

    *edit*
