Intended for use with combat overhauls like Vigor and/or Wildcat. Magic destroys game balance for those looking for a challenging experience. This is a continued effort to keep combat challenging and bring magic in line with other options.

Spells cost stamina based on the Magicka Cost of the spell being cast. Concentration spells have a slight delay on drain but overall work better (they may be too forgiving now, but if this proves to be the case it's an easy tweak).
Optional File: Illusion tweaks is a rebalance of Fury, Frenzy, & calm.
Will continue to update and add more optional tweaks as I see fit through testing.
