Announcement (Jan 2023) Judging by my lack of activity in the modding scene over the last year, some of you probably saw this coming, but I'm officially retiring from the modding scene. This means I will no longer be creating new mods or updating existing ones or be involved with my mods in any way, shape or form.
My reason for leaving the modding scene is simple. I want to create awesome things without being limited by the available tools. The Creation Kit allowed me to create some amazing things, but once you get to know it better you see it's limitations, particularly when it comes to creating brand new things from scratch. As someone with big ideas, the Creation Kit ended up being very frustrating to work with in the end. For this reason, I've decided to finally call it quits and officially quit from the modding scene; however, I won't be leaving the game industry all together...
I've always enjoyed creating mods and coming up with new exciting ways to make a game more fun, so I was like, why not make my own game? So I decided that starting from today, I will be working towards making and releasing my own videogames as a Solo Developer. In this way I will no longer be limited by the tools, but only by my own capabilities. My projects will start relatively small, but I've dreams of eventually working towards something big and maybe even integrating some of my mods into my own games. A man can dream, but the reality is that I've a long road of learning ahead of me, and nobody knows where it will end or what will happen along the way.
I would like to thank everyone for their continued support and for downloading my mods, modding Skyrim has truly been an amazing adventure that I won't forget. As for my mods, they will remain on Nexusmods and I've no plans to delete them. Using my mods will still require my permission.
If you would like to continue to follow me and my work, feel free to hop on my Discord server, where I will post updates when it's time to show off some of my work. So, for now this is a goodbye, but who knows, maybe we will meet again in the future, be that in mods or games.
can i safely change the amount of gold safely? i installed the 5x version but they still seem poor, or at least unable to buy a few items, if i went to change it with nexus, is there anything bad that would happen?
Not sure why, but this seemed to have an opposite effect for me. It's at the bottom of my load order, yet when I visited Whiterun merchants I hadn't traded with for days (and I waited 60 hours anyway, just in case), Belethor had only 10 gold, and Arcadia only had 7. I'm using the 10x version...
This mod (versions x5 and x10) will not work with certain merchants that are already rich (for example: merchants added by Winterhold rebuilt. The usual thing happens - their gold gets deducted, but it is not added to player inventory.
Fix: All versions WILL work if they are used alongside "Barter Fix"
There is an SKSE plugin that fixes merchants now. If I remember correctly, it's called Barter Fix. It makes it so you can go past the merchant limit of somewhere around 36k.
This is not working for me. I have looked at in TES5Edit and there's no apparently no conflicts. I have SSE version of the mod and it works perfectly. So any help would be gratefully appreciated!
Great mod, work well with the vanilla merchants though it doesnt seem to be working with the immersive wenches merchants but whatever. One thing though the FOMOD installer doesnt extract the esp when choosing a no perk changes version, just a FYI.

(especially interesting, because more immersive)
But I can see where this new mod hits home big time. I for one am going to use it.
Strange the Installer doesn't extract the ESP guess the FOMOD Installers are different for Oldrim I will look into it.
Edit: Installer is fixed now. Old CK Changed the name of the .esps for some reason.
Some questions:
1. Will this change the gold of mod-added merchants?
2. Will this change the gold of DLC merchants?
2. Yes, DLC Merchants are affected.
