Oh this is great, the textures of the original are what stopped me from making any real use of it, now I can use sheep in my mods, thanks so much for this!
The grass is from Hoddminirs Flowers (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/55158/?), the sheep are added to the Hoddminir worldspace mod that is still under development. The ENB is a good question, I had it for a long while, forgot which one it is.
