It's originally from Apachii Sky Hair, obviously though, it's been modified. I'll upload my RaceMenu preset, so you'd get not only the hair, but the modified ears and, well, everything as well — I even have some custom tattoos. I'll get on that since you reminded me.
The Dark Shields are made to match the shields present in the Relics of Hyrule mod which themselves were based on their appearances in Super Smash Bros. Brawl — the different Link costumes.
As it happens, my standalone Hylian Shield mod may be compatible with this replacer, since Relics of Hyrule shares its file structure.
If I may offer a suggestion for the images, any image of the shield being held by a character, player or otherwise, would help users get a sense of scale and such.
