Great patch that makes alchemy so much easier. Seamless blending of Bruma ingredients into the Hearthfire gardens and planters.
Any chance you might reconsider and upload this to the Bethesda website. It's more fun to grow the plants on the XBOX than to just duplicate them and pretend they are grown.

Will there be any more updates to this mod before the full Cyrodiil release? You noted in the description that garlic will be coming along eventually, but I really miss being able to grow garlic. Also onions, magus mint, aloe vera, etc. A solution for flax would be great. It's been a year since the Bruma release, has there been any progress on plants that could be reflected in this mod?
I can't imagine that Atmora has much growing, so it may not have anything to offer. How about Roscrea? Will we see new growables from there?
EDIT: I managed to re-enable garlic, life is good. Red and blue flax grow, yellow flax is bugged, none of them produce seed, but they all have the same effects, so it works well enough. As for the rest, I suppose it would require an update to BSAssets, and maybe there aren't going to be any more of those for LE.

Hello, I just wanted to know, which download to I install? The only reason im asking is cause they both seem to do the same thing. So im not sure what the difference is between the two.

There are two versions of the mod More Plants for Hearthfire - one with just the base game plants, and one with extras. The different downloads refer to the different versions of MPfH. If you have the version of HPfH that contains extra plants (such as blueberries) then download the first one. If not, use the second.

SLE game modded with MO, running Bruma v1.3.2, the "More Plants" add-on, as well as this particular one.
Had to rename BSPatch.esp to BS_DLC_patch.esp... after MO told me I had a missing file of that name.

Tried a new download, reinstall, same MO red flag...
    What gives?

Edit, nope, running the game, SKSE says "missing BSPatch..."
Reinstalled original files... MO says "missing BS_DLC_patch.esp" which appears to be a SSE file, not a SLE.
    Uninstalling until...

BSPatch.esp *IS NOT* the same of BS_DLC_patch.esp.

BS_DLC_patch.esp is a mandatory file that you should have no matter if. You should download it from the Bruma download page and it's a separated file.

BSPatch.esp is a temporary file that comes with the main Bruma package and it will be removed when Bruma 1.4 will be out.

    Endorsed.
I was hoping this would show up, but this was sooner than I expected. Well done!

I won't bore you with a list of missing items, I'm sure you know what they are. Will those be coming along at some point?

I'm a little confused about flax. When I harvest flax in the wild I get flax seed (this is correct) regardless of flower color. I don't seem to be able to plant flax seed, but I found myself with two yellow flax seed (I may have bought them at the alchemist in Bruma, or maybe from alchemist sachels), and I could plant them. They haven't come up yet, so I'm not sure what I'm going to get.
Shouldn't regular flax seed work, giving me a 1/3 chance of each color? And then I harvest flax seed from the plant regardless of flower color? How else can I get the plantable seeds? Even if I can buy them, where does the alchemist get them if not originally from wild flax?

Flax is quite complicated. We want it giving two ingredients at the same time, flowers and seeds, but this system hasn't been implemented yet. So far, flax plants behaviour is one of the strange things you can see in Bruma. We will work on it probably after the fast patching system is over.

Nevertheless, Flax plants and ingredients are typical of Great Forest, and probably they will be involved in a deeper way (may be even for crafting or quests). Their appareance is rare in the cold Bruma region.

Ah, so you are saying that "yellow flax" is a flower, not a seed. Interesting. Still, one plants seeds, not flowers. That's the whole point of seeds.

Yes, the final point will be that: planting seeds, will give you both seeds and flowers. But we have to implement it.

Hello Ro84,thank you for the patches.I had a question....is there available soil for planting in Beyond Skyrim Bruma?Like the one in Hearthfire homes?Or there will be some time in the future?
-Edit:I just saw the Intergration DLC pack in the Optional files of Bruma. That's amazing, well done! Are there plans for plantable oranges, pears, peaches and apples?I noticed these must be excluded on purpose since they require trees to grow, right?

Hi! Both your questions are related to the existence of the DLC patch. Now it offers only basic and essential support for integration, but in future it will bring a lot more content and probably the option to build houses... we never know!
