I've been working on a few. The Master Shapeshifter mod has a ton of creatures you can transform into, as does the Ultimate Shapeshifter mod. Currently I'm working on a playable Wispmother spell that spawns wisps and shades similar to the NPC creature.

These are just suggestions, not requests, I just wanted to help, it'd be cool if they could be different colors, it'd be epic to play as a red or green wisp XD
I've actually made all of these playable, but in a really dirty esp, so I'm redoing them from scratch, along with some other creatures not covered by other mods, such as ash spawn, netches, soul cairn monsters, etc.
Or, orororor, or a "VOLTRON" transformation or a milk maiden transformation, It'd be pretty cool to walk around as a milk maid i think...Why don't you simply make up your own type of creatures, as in retexture an original skyrim creature, give them powers or spells, and then make it so the player can transform.
Also, I did one time put mash together a 'burnt zombie' mesh and texture for my custom playable race, pm me if you think that'd be cool.

The controls are waaaaay too stiff! Spells wont even activate if i change between spells, i litterly button mash like hell, and if i'm lucky a spell will spring out. It's cool stuff i guess, but i need some help with the spells locking up on me.
The spells are tied to the Seeker's actual animations, so you have to wait a second before firing them off to make sure the animation is done - it's not possible to sling spells quite as fast as a normal player character can. The left hand spell especially needs a second or two to charge up.
Changing between spells is an issue with all of the shapeshifting mods. It has to do with the spells being tied to different animation types, so if you change between spells that do different things, it tends to lock the creature up so you can't do anything. Unfortunately this is tied to the engine, and I've yet to see a mod that gets around it. To avoid this, just go out of combat to change spells.
No need actually, the Master Shape Shifter mod includes spells to turn into a Dragon Priest. In fact, it lets you turn into basically every monster in the base game, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. Also the Ultimate Shapeshiter mod adds in Gargoyles, Rieklings, and Lurkers from the DLC.
Right now it's permanent. I can set it on a timer, but once you transform back your health/magicka/stamina don't change and the black cloud VFX stays stuck to you, which is less than ideal. I'm going to work with the script and see if I can fix that. Ideally there will be two versions of the mod, one that's permanent and one that's temporary.
Good news, the mod now includes three new "shapeshift" spells that turn you into a Seeker for only five minutes. Reverting back is a bit more complicated, so for now the five minute interval will have to do the job. If you'd like to stay a Seeker for longer than that, it's a cinch to open up the Creation Kit and edit the duration field of the three shapeshift spells to however long you like.
