spaceshark I think you forgot to include the envmask and normal maps files on this recent update that was included in your first version of this mod which is no longer available to others who are going to download your mod the first time. This version also has no mipmaps.
Then the meshes automatically use the ones provided by the vanilla game or high res pack... What is more disturbing, is the unnecessary large texture saving. Reducing it to DXT5 results in a reasonable 5.33 mb for 2k.
I made no changes to the envmask and normal maps from vanilla, so there wasn't really a reason to include them in the first place. EMS60 is right about that. I'm still figuring this stuff out, I'm really rusty.
I actually do have plans for aMidianBorn morrowindized glass. Gonna take longer though since there's a lot more of them, so far the only one I've finished is the battleaxe. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/images/660864/?
Hello and thanks for taking up the work left behind by CaBaL120.
The one thing I always found most regrettable was that he never released his retexture of the Heavy Imperial Armor. These armors are shown in game from Helgen onwards and while some retextures exist, most of them are rather unimmersive in nature. Since you already made yourself familiar with his work, maybe you could find the time to have look at these?
Here are some screenshots that CaBaL120 made of them: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/images/313997/? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/images/317705/?
I wanted to do the imperial heavy armor textures, and even started on it once, but for some reason the texture for the boots is missing from my copy of the High Res texture pack.
Niiiice, finaly someone decided to fill the gap in tue amidianborn collection Could you maybe do the same for ebony and glass weapons(morrowind green)? Anyway, great job man

A couple of the textures appear to have some blotchy areas on them. What program are you using to compress the textures and to add mipmaps with?
Thanks,
Dan.
