Why enb authors insist on having an ugly letterbox turned on by default is beyond me

Ive downloaded so many ENBs and yours are always my favorites...you just need to take better screenshots to show them off!

Can someone help me? I don't know how to remove the effect that makes a little blue effect on the right and the orange one on the left

Probably the lens effect if I'm correct, try disabling it in the GUI menu.

I am not exactly sure how to disable the letter box on here nor do I understand enb's enough to know why in the heck is 2this modification causing my skyrim to appear on half of the screen...
I can run other enb's without an issue but this one however seems to want to stick to your original specifications so if you don't mind creating a sticky on how to either get rid of your pc's specs, or how to reset the Enb to use my system specs It looks great btw!

      To disable the letterbox
set the value for "#define LETTERBOX_BARS1" to 0 - its right at the top of the enbeffect.fx file

If you´re running skyrim on a resolution other than standard 1080x1920, you need to adjust these values in the respective line, which is just a few lines further below

In addition, you can adjust the size of the effect by adjusting the values for PillarboxOffset and LetterboxOffset

You should call it pale milk enb, because the landscape looks like someone poured milk over it. It would probably look decent if you set your brightness all the way down.
