Sorry...as i see in Tes5Edit the ID links to the RingGoldAA (0008e83b).So the Mesh-Replacer Mod affects all Gold Rings.I now quickly made a mod but it need a ESP to work.I had to copy the mesh and rename it and made two entrys in ESP. A Entry for a new ring and a overwrite from the wedding ring so it links to the new one.(Not tested,but should work as you wished).
Sorry the Files for the Left Hand are just Replacer for the Left Hand Rings from duggelz here is the link:http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21720/?
If you dont want to use LeftHandRings you should use the Right2Left.It moves them from Right Index Finger to Left Ringfinger.
If you want to change the Place of Finger for the Ring just open the Nif with Nifscope and edit the String from the NiNode.
The Fingers are: NPC R Finger01 [RF01] (Right Thumb), NPC R Finger10 [RF10] (Right Index Finger), NPC R Finger20 [RF20] (Right Middle Finger), NPC R Finger30 [RF30] (Right Ring Finger), NPC R Finger40 [RF40] (Right Pinkie Finger),

I thought about to make a extra mod to have rings on toes.But this will look maybe very wierd and maybe hurts if you walk :-D
And by your "request" i edited the description.so it should be easier to understand what each package is for.
And by the way:as in description: all packages are compatible with Enderal. For "Left Hand - Ring on Ringfinger" in Enderal you need just the Enderal Version of Left Hand Rings. All others needs no Requierement.
