actually the Cell conflicts will be bad, most USLEEP changes I saw that did not get forwarded are Weather corrections and Sound space corrections which are important for immersion.
Just finally got around to checking your mod, the shor's stone patch doesn't have the Shor's stone.esp as a master so it doesn't connect it seems when I load it in TES5edit. Easily fixed if a user knows what to do, sadly this is not true for everybody who maybe using your mod, there are also some ITMs and unforwarded USLEEP changes in the main file.
Now I will conquer the entire Tamriel with my Sweet rolls recipes! muwahaha!
