I love the mod. However, one problem I have is that the vendors do not sell their candies to me, they just have generic vanilla loot whenever I initiate a trade. I do not have anything that alters vanilla merchants except maybe Chocolate by Aviform.
Can't thank you enough for this mod, I've used ETaC before and there was this bakery stand near whiterun stables that I missed terribly (I've since switched to JK's skyrim). I'm glad I found this mod of yours Hopefully you could add muffins, cookies, pies or the like in the future, kudos!
Has anyone else not been able to buy anything from the sweets shop near Whiterun? The shopkeep mostly just says generic stuff like "Hm?" and nothing else happens.
Other than that little issue, I'm amazed at how well these shops just seem to fit in with the world. I was always wondering why there was never something like this, despite Skyrim having a Sweet Roll epidemic. xD
Edit: Could just be because the first time I went into the shop it was night time, so it technically wasn't open for business, though the door wasn't locked and the merchant was still at the counter. I tried again during the day and then I was able to buy some stuff from him like normal.
I've finally got the chance to install this mod and check it out, and I'm definitely loving it so far. I haven't checked all of the shops yet, but the few I've been to are very well laid out inside and was more than a little pleased by the "real" Willy Wonka music in the background.
I do have a slight complaint about the one in Whiterun being right next to the stables because as soon as I rode up to drop off my horse and saw the shop, my character's stomach started rumbling. Of course, as soon as I went inside to sate his hunger, my real stomach started rumbling from the sight of all those sweets. The only thing the shops need is to sell coffee then they'd be perfect.
question: what compatibility issue could entail in using the Riften Inside the city option? I don't have any city overhauls because most are mentioned incompatible to Immersive Citizens mod.
It's only really an issue with city overhauls. I know that having open cities and the riften shop will either make your city not open or your riften shop non existent.
