   let me tell you how awful of an idea this is.............archer npc's already do the most damage by far and this will make them 1 shot you all the time

      for me,they are weak...so is not a bad idea if somebody want more difficulty

      Way better. Think about it...an arrow to the head...and they just keep comin....
      
      An arrow anywhere is going to slow anyone right down..especially a poisoned one. Achilles died from one in the heel...
