The named female vampire NPCs still suffer from the issue too. Sybille Stentor, Solitude's Court Wizard & all the named female vampires in Castle Volkihar still have dark/bugged faces for me. Yes, the plug-in required for this to work is loaded at the very bottom of my load order.
it seems I missed those named npcs as I stopped playing awhile ago, did you managed to fix it yourself with the ck? its just doing like i said in the description but instead of the leveled list npc, just those named npcs and add that facegen alongside mine.

Edit: Named vampire NPCs (Sybille Stentor included) still suffer from the mismatched head issue. All random vampire NPCs have been fixed though.
