Follower Live Package has a built-in feature that allows you to mount most non-humanoid creatures. Just be aware that since it comes with its own skeletons, if you have any mod that also edits creature skeletons like shapeshifter mods (Wrath of the Druid, etc), the creatures whose skeletons are edited won't be mountable.
Do you know how to turn off that mounting feature of FLP? I activated it on MHARPHIN follower and it worked, but the problem was that i couldn't talk to him since pressing activate button will only "ride" him and not "talk"
