Alternate version. This version has no quest! Your player can just inexplicably own the home and go straight to it in Winterhold. Now compatible with JK's Winterhold!

This replaces the .esp and adds a script to ensure compatibility with Qaxe's Winterhold Rebuild. ONLY works with main version, will not work with No Quest version. Main version must be installed first!
