Just because the Imperial Legion may have been loosely based on the Romans does not mean we need to follow the history literally, yes? And if we are required to look at General Tullius' face for an entire Civil War quest line he should, at the very least, be tolerable, or why not even attractive?
why does he have a beard? the imperial legion is based on the real life roman empire, ever noticed the imperial military in the game are clean shaven? anyways good luck with your mod, hope it turns out to be something great.
That's the first thing that popped into my mind. Romans despised long hair, considered that barbaric (if I remember correctly).
Okay, I tried to look it up, but either there's not a good info or I am extremely bad at using Google, but I found a notice that men with beards were not admitted into senate until shaven, and also that Caesar had bald spot, which is the reason he wore the crown, to hide it. But if you Google roman men, you mostly find either short hair, or curled ones.

I personally like this version of Tullius quite a lot. It fits his voice and is a great improvement.
