   A. It's part of a 50 outfit, 8 sets of matching swords, daggers, greatswords, and a shield mod I will be releasing soon.

      Seconded. It can't be tempered for some reason. I'd have to see if I can use the CK to do it.
      
      Edit: The file to temper it is in the Creation Kit and correctly linked, but for some reason it still won't allow tempering at a grindstone.
