Nice one - you're a legend! I'm big on the Stormcloaks and a bit of wilderness. The place is not over-done, and that can be hard to find. Right next to Camp Varglya ( a Stormcloak camp by Antiscamp).
Thanks Schwarky. Will endorse.
Ever thought of making a Viking Longhouse/Hall? I think you would do a good job.
If you're still interested, I finally managed it: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/85007/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D85007%26preview%3D&pUp=1
Nicely done sir good work, There's everything I love, not too huge but with everything you need for any type of character and has a great "middle age" look
I love this house and apparently so does that pesky Giant that keeps coming around and making all that racket. Excellent work on the house, I really do love it. Now about that Giant.....good target practice I suppose Endorsed.
Ah yes, the giant... He is indeed quite annoying. But I haven't tried out how to change NPC behaviors/routes yet. Yep, target practice is just one of the greatest features of this house Thanks for the endorsement!
This is your *first* mod? Seriously? Wow! Going by the images, you are really talented. This looks like a gorgeous little cabin. If my game wasn't already about to sink with house mods, I'd definitely be trying this one out. As it is, I'll keep it on tracking, because at some point I'll almost certainly have a character this would be ideal for. Good luck! I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work, if you continue modding.
Well, of course I needed some time to understand the basics of the Creation Kit and try out some things, but this is now the first mod I finished, which I didn't give up xD I have like 3 other started homes, and I'll try to continue them, now that I'm a bit more familiar with it and also got so good feedback, thanks!
There is a problem with the small desk chair to the left of the entrance. Too close and you have a front exit on, maybe chagin for only 2 sides exit from the chair? (left right only, not 3 : front.) I use cobb positioner to remedy this small problem but I think you should change the chair to another chair. Lydia stuck between the chair and the desk forever :o Endorsed; I like lore friendly houses. screnshot on the desk : http://img11.hostingpics.net/pics/511966enb2017012021232628.png Edit : I think maybe changing the small table chair also on the right. I think those chairs are used to be outside alone or alone against a wall inside, not for table. Maybe an Inn chair?
Really beautiful work. This is exactly the kind of home I've always wanted for my character, not too cluttered, not a giant castle or whole city to deal with, just a simple warriors shack for a hero to catch his breath in. I love it.
Beautiful work my man. I love the feel of the place. Cozy, warm, simple and elegant. Centrally located but off the beaten path. Are you planning to make an imperial version or one with an enchanting table?
Thaanks Hm, this here as a warrior home will stay as it is, without enchanting. And actually I'm a Stormcloak through and through, I never play as an Imperial and wouldn't want to make a mod I don't use... But I'm certainly going to make other small homes, a tiny one also with enchanting is in progress.
I certainly respect your wanting to stay true to your character and the theme of the house. Very nice work. I'm looking forward to seeing what you create in the future.
For four years I have been looking for a suitable house mod. Today, I can gladly say that I have found that house mod that I have been looking for and it will be a fine keep for me in my many hours in Skyrim.
not to detract any love for this mod i would like to point out there is an alternate location cabin (using same cabin model)by elianora for those that would like one closer to windhelm
