Actually Ysmir isn't Shor. @_ @ Shor is the Nordic representation of the god Lorkhan, while Ysmir is the nordic representation of Talos. The Ancient Nordic Pantheon (worship of dragon and animal gods) is the source of the "modern" Nordic Pantheon (worship of the Divines). In any case, Cyrodiil and Skyrim, as well other countries in Tamriel, share same gods just with similar/reshaped names. Anyway, I like the shape of those new shrines.
Except that most Dunmer and Orsimer actually worship the Daedra and don't care for the Divines. The Argonians worship the Hist. But otherwise, I agree with what you wrote.
