Adds a Wisp like familiar to the Winterhold Collage grounds that can become the players animal companion.

.:Astra - Mage Familiar:.
Astra is a Wisp like creature that can be found wandering the Winterhold Collage Grounds.
She takes up the animal companion slot but is a bit more than just your basic animal follower.
While she will follow, wait and carry your items Astra also provides a bonus to the player. She is a familiar after all.
Astra, when in the service of the player, will bestow upon the player Wisp Light.
This is a passive ability that grants 2x magicka regeneration and resist magic by 10%.

Astra will run head first into combat and uses the wisp attack animations. That is it looks like she is constantly ramming the bad guy instead of "doing anything". Rest assured those headbutts are hurting those evil doers just as much as your sword.
Astra is lvl 15 and to low lvl players may seemed over powered. She is this high because normally when the player reaches Winterhold they have already gained a few levels (Usually 5-16).
Astra has a tendency to "disappear" if the distance between the player and herself increases (i.e in combat). This is not a glitch or a bug with the mod.
The actual mesh/animations/wisp creature for Astra is designed that way by Bethesda. The actual creature mesh is small compared to everything else in Skyrim and most of Astra is made up of layers up layers of special FX animations and transparent planes (thats why gives the transparent effect to the texture) and the game only renders these textures at a given distance. So if you are running away from wolves over snow dunes and you turn back to see if Astra is kicking butt but you cant see here this is why.

Incompatibilities:
This mod is NOT compatible with any mod that changes companions/followers. Such as large overhauls that allow for multiple followers.
