HEY,Ibrahim aka Detroit313,I'm a player from China, and it's a very nice mod that can create a army.Actually,I want to upload your mods(maybe your orc army mod and skeleton army mod, decide on you)in your name to this web:http://www.skycitizen.net/?------------------------It's a MOD platform for Chinese Skyrim players. So,can I do that with your permission? Thanks a lot!!!
Yea it is totally ok for you post this mod and the other 2 on skycitizen.net, as long as you give me credit (you can just put a link to my nexus profile page).
If you are going to translate the mods, I highly suggest you also post them on the nexus (or I can do it for you); it may help many others in need of a translated version.
Would love a mod that allowed me to asign a follower to a leader and they say recruit 7 followers to follow them. and they travel skyrim. towns Forts ect
I thought of this actually, but it's very tricky to implement and would probably need to be optimized heavily to not affect fps too much. The game doesn't keep track of events happening across the world while you play, only in nearby "cells", hence the difficulty.
Mixed Unit Tactics is much more heavy weight than Squads Of Skyrim. I tried to make this mod very simple and make it more about content rather than advanced functionality.
You literally ask any squad leader to follow you, then purchase squad members from the recruiter, then those squad members will follow that leader, and viola! You've got yourself a very lightweight squad system!
...hmm I should probably mention this in the description...
Hey! Thanks for the reply. Yes, I tried Mixed unit tactics, and for my computer its way too heavy for my computer with the mods I like to use. Still haven't had time to try your mod, but if it works anything like "Mercenary company" (you hire one Mercenary captain who is essential, and can hire mortal mercenaries through him) it sounds good. (I would however like to customize their gear, so I hope they dont have a set gear like the mercenary mod i mentioned, where you only use gold to upgrade what they are wearing. Edit: Just read over the descroiption again, and it seems like it does.)
hey man I have a little problem that I was wondering if you can fix. whenever I use a squad and get a couple members, it causes my game to crash and I can't reload the character at all. if you can help figure out what is going on it would be really appreciated. but otherwise I love the idea and it is a great mod
Sorry for the late reply (college). For me, it will crash after I have about 40 or 50 people following me. There is a VM in the background that seems to overload from too many processes/threads. If this is your case, then either just limit to 1 squad at a time, or just get rid of the mod/ignore it.
If this is not your case, meaning you have a strong cpu, then it must be something really odd because I fully tested every squad on multiple PCs and tested the teleport spells in all kinds of locations and never got any crashes. Maybe another mod possibly?
This mod is amazing and works flawlessly! I was wondering if you could make a version where when the squad member dies, there body will be there instead of just disappearing. This would be amazing and more realistic for me.
I have not tested it with those mods, but my underlying, custom, follower system is so simple and independent that I highly doubt you should have a problem with any of those 2 mods.

Please post any cool pictures you guys may have, I would really like to see'em!
Also, check out the README tab for the specific details of this mod.
Thanks!!!
EDIT: In the README I made a mistake: the Ash Spawn Recruiter actually does follow the squad leader.

I tested it on multiple computers (using Wrye Bash) and it worked as expected for me.
EDIT: Just realized I forgot to include the scripts in the patch file :/
I will do it tonight/tomorrow.
