How nice, I was expecting something simple and that's what I found, the things you've put up look great and the places you've chosen are spectacular. You haven't had to fill all of Whiterun with extravagant things. You've kept it simple and it looks great. great job, thanks for sharing
Hi guy.Hm...forget my worse English. It's a good mod for me. Guess why? I am using the Dawn of whiterun and I love it. But it never bring enogh plants. I always think some trees can just make Whiterun more lovely. So many mods add trees to Whiterun drive me crazy. Their trees always come to a wrong place to distrub the Dawn ! But this one avoid the conflict. You must had been considering this question before you made this mod, right?God's mercy, writting this took me half an hour. I think I can never pass the GRE. Anyway, good job, modder.
It's been a hot minute since I've visited this site. I really appreciate you doing that. I know how you feel, English wasn't my first language and is fairly hard.
From the images its looks really nice. Just what I was looking for in Whiterun...clean and not overdone. Can you say whether it is compatible with Dawn of Whiterun and ETaC?
Sorry this took so long. I can vouch for this mod being compatible with Dawn of Whiterun and ETaC Modular. Its also quite light and the extra assets do not increase load times when entering Whiterun.
There's a relatively new mod called Another Whiterun Mod. From what I have seen from the screen shots, the steps on the left of The Drunken Huntsman and in front of Jorrvaskar may have some issues. Will check it to make sure.
Scratch that. I don't use JK and the mod patch requires that mod AND Dawn of Whiterun to work. Maybe on the next playthrough.
Anyone know if this is compatible with Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul by Shurah. I checked the compatibility page over there and some other mods that add trees to Whiterun are compatible but this one isn't listed.
Well, the Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul essentially edits the NPCs' behavior so they can act differently in reaction to combat than they do in vanilla. As for why this mod isn't on the compatibility page, this mod is pretty much under the radar. Right now, it was been downloaded 988 times but hasn't been featured on the hot page. Do you have any other questions for me?
Well I'm going to try both mods and see how well they work together, and will post both here and on IC's page. Immersive Citizens also edits and corrects bugs in the Navmesh in Whiterun which is why I asked. Your mod is very similar to The Pines of Whitrun (which is listed as compatible) as far as the placement of the trees goes but much more performance friendly for me at least. This is my favorite Whiterun tree mod and its criminally underrated. Thanks for the reply and keep up the good work
No reason it wouldn't. That's not something mod authors have to add support for. It just sort of works They just have to not put anything where the rubble is, but even then it'll just be clipping.
