I'm guessing that was a rhetorical question but would like some clarification. The picture you supplied shows hours that the SKSE has run (been played). Does running SKSE this way increment hours played in Skyrim? Does it allow you to gain Skyrim achievements? Currently I run SKSE and Skyrim though Wrye Bash but if the answers to my questions are a yes, I will be happy to change.
AFAIK it does not track Skyrim hours when running skse. But the point of this script was really so you don't have to use the Steam skse, since I prefer the old fashioned version. Also, I don't think that any of the Fallouts have a Steam script extender. And lastly I just did this for fun, so feel free not to use this script.
