Can you work on her appearance? she looks like her face met the wrong end of a bat in a bar fight ... several times . Perhaps use a standard npc and another appearance mod like Bijin npc’s will give her a makeover for you.

Very nice to have a female bard in Lakeview...however she doesn't look like the screen shots and she has a very "gray face"! The disable / enable trick didn't help. It looks like she is missing a face gen or mesh.
To fix the grey face bug, first deactivate any mods that change the body or face texture. Go to creation kit and select the mod. After loading, go to actors and look for the character. Open it to confirm that the facegen is not selected and hit ok. While it is selected, hit ctrl + f4 to import facegen data. Make the necessary adjustments if you use mod organier. That fixed the problem for me.
