   Does this not work for Bretons? I tried to change to it using the show race menu alternative mod, but I didn't see it.

      It works for Imperial, Nord, Redguard and Breton: though you will notice a bit of clipping on the Breton and Redguard. Sliders should fix the issue in the racemenu.

      It looks like the meshes were copied to the wrong folder.
      
      Copy the mesh files here: Meshes\actors\character\CleanHair
      
      That fixed it for me.

      Yeah, I don't know why they dropped the "oiled" hair from Oblivion but kept the Breton creepy uncle.
