She is not complete! She has no cloths, blackish body, gray face bug, and does not return any dialog. I cant recruit her. To find her you must use the "placeatme" command in the console. Apparently she needs a lot of help!
I'm betting, if all thats happening , then you need the mods used in the screenshots as a Requirement then ? not much info saying whether they are or not o.O
I cant see where Castle Gray would have any effect on a person. I can see the hair do, but I have Both and Scarlet dawn armor and Tera Armor Collection, along with CBBE body and even the slider version! That would not account for a gray face bug and a completely blackened body Nor would it effect the dialog! Besides its no longer available in NMM
Grey face is a vanilla bug , but ppl have to transfer face or meshes into the folder from somewhere, I'm to lazy to muck around like and will no doubt mess things up not knowing what I'm doing
