No need to ask permission about anything related to this mod (except assets that require permission from other mods/assets I used), so feel free to modify, improve, etc., then share your creation for others to enjoy!
I have downloaded and gone through over a dozen houses for my Snow elf, and I think this may just be the one. Small but not cramped (I don't want to have a tight squeeze where it feels like I can't get away from my follower/s, but I also don't want a large family mansion for my one ice boi and his homies), very interesting features that really add to the immersion, and I *love* how the alchemy and enchanting station can be switched, and doesn't have the usual vanilla look (it often looks out of place). Also, separate rooms for each follower - A+
My only "problem" is that it's sort-of incompatible with Falmeroon, as a tent outside a Falmer ruin clips through the house entrance, but I simply console commanded the tent away, so now it actually adds to the house for my Snow elf - he has a cozy cabin just outside a ruin of his ancestors. :D Awesome stuff.
I've been up and down the player home category over four times and I got say; this is easily the best house mod. The only reason I'm not using it is because I don't fast travel. Big rip.

Two questions. Everything in The house is safely storaged, right? And also. The undress in bedrooms isnt working 4 me. Any idea what i might be doing wrong?
Yes. So the undress is only for NPCs not the player and by default I think it's turned off, so use the ledger in the bedroom to change that. Or it could be a script not going of properly do to heavy modded game or random glitch - save/load or leave the area an come back.

You use the door lock, and when it says "Door unlocked" then you look to your left and open the door to the interior.
