Location
You can find her in the Sleeping Giant inn on Riverwood so you can recruit her fresh off the intro.
Info
She specializes in Destruction spells and Light Armor. Since she uses a generic voice (FemaleEvenToned) she can also be a spouse for your character. And also, she's marked as essential so you won't have to worry about her dying on your travels. I made her with CBBE but there's a UNP version too.
If You're Using UNP
Her skin tone might be a bit different from the screenshots since I'm using a slightly-customized CBBE texture for her main version to get rid of the neck seam - a problem the UNP version of Real Girls texture doesn't have.

In Case She Won't Spawn
Place her .esp file slightly higher up the load order - the game doesn't like it when she's on the bottom of the list for some reason.
