You know the refugee husband and wife that you can give 5 gp to? Does it change that up, too? Sure would like getting Gift of Charity for that gift, though!
useful, but for some people who playing with modded economy, 50 might be too much. can you upload alternate version, such as 10, 20, 30, 40, or 100 for different use?
im interest in random value, a random amount gold, this version possible?
Sure if people want to. The thing is, I have tried for a long time to even balance the game around so the world makes sense, where you only get a few golds from quests, food costs little, and basically reducing gold everywhere and making a gold piece worth a lot. Even then I ended up with thousands of gold all the time
Edit: I encountered an interesting thing actually. Don't know if it is a bug or just an side effect that just happens when you change the gold amount value, or if it is a bug that works in this mods favor. If you don't have enough gold to pay the beggars (50 gold) as indicated in the dialogue, you'll give the amount you have and get a charity bonus/effect thingy. I am wondering if this is why Bethesda left it at 1 gold option, because then you can't pay if you don't have enough. Anyways I'll leave it there since it works in this mods favour somewhat.
:Could you spare a coin? :here, take some gold. it might be better for the case you said, if don't write value (gold) in the dialog. then a random amout gold
Something needs to be done about Silda the Unseen, who still begs in the cold, wearing rags, even after I've paid her enough for training to buy a manor.
Yeah, I agree. I think that would require a tab bit more experience/skill than what I already have. The author of this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76544/? may add an option, seen as he already does something similar. If not, I will see about it in the future.
OMG I like this idea! Would be even better if it were possible to give the poor homeless creatures a house of their own. Will definitely track this though.
You know what: This has potential. Expanding on this idea could make the charity-system more interesting. I'm thinking about giving varying amounts of gold (1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100) with varying results (relationship boosts, valuable information in return), or even giving food instead of gold (because there's so much food in the game, and because they will just buy booze anyways ) Are you planning to expand this mod?
Thanks! To be honest, not really, I did not really think about expanding anymore than what it does already. Maybe some time later once SSE drops, no promises though
EDIT: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76544/? There is a mod that adds the option to give them food. Should work with my mod - no conflicts detected in TES5Edit

I have been waiting for a mod like this for a long time.
Thank you Magician.
