    straight the difference is realistic!
In real life there are fast and slow people.

There are fast and slow people even in real life, however one's race does not determine how fast one moves. Of course, since Skyrim lacks any sort of speed attribute or athletics skill, that would be difficult to implement. This mod is more about balanced game-play.

Not every mod has to be realistic you know

and don't forget some people like to follow NPCs around while walking (aka having an excuse to watch my CBBE female character's booty sashay with Sexy Moves cranked up to 9)

Have you ever seen any international athletics tournaments where you can watch black... europeans. Some of them can't even speak in "their" nation's tongue, just because they were granted citizenship, so "europeans" might have any chance at winning.

Yes, race even in our world influence speed of movement, and it's mainly due to one's height (or average racial height, if we go by race). The higher is person, the longer are his steps.

So, at least here Bethesda shows attention to details, granting us even such little bit of immersion with real life mechanics.

hi, do you notice this annoying vanilla issue?

if player rotates while running, the transition between each directions is very smooth. but
if player rotates while walking, there's no transition between directions at all. rotation is very stiff.

do you have solution to make walking rotation smooth?

That's to do with how the engine handles animation. Fallout 4's improved engine was changed to allow animation transitions between directions

not sure whether you understood me or i descritbed well.

      for example:
      if you rotate from 90 ° to 180 ° while running, rotation is like this 90 >91 >92 >93 ....>180
if you rotate from 90 ° to 180 ° while walking, rotation is like this 90 >135 >180

i notice if lower player's default running speed, the walking rotation will become as smooth as running rotation.
